Privacy Policy

Your personal data is protected by the EU's new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that aims to enhance privacy protection for individuals considering the increased number of registers and compilations stored electronically, among other things. This regulation has been in effect as law since May 25, 2018, in Europe.

Within the scope of Onsite Sport's services, personal data related to you will be processed. Tension Onsite Sport (“Onsite Sport,” “we,” “us”), located at Trotzgatan 29, 791 72 Falun, is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data within the services.

1. What is personal data and what information do we collect?

Personal data is data and information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual. We collect and use personal data related to you when you use our services. This may include name, social security number, addresses, and other contact details, usernames, purchase information, behavior, or data from the devices you use to connect or make available to the services.

We also collect data that cannot be directly linked to you, such as aggregated data and aggregated information about several users' activities within the services, to gain knowledge about how we can provide users with better information and to understand which parts of the websites and services are most interesting.

2. What are your personal data used for?

Onsite Sport always processes your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation. The legal basis for processing your personal data is either that you have consented to such processing or that the processing is necessary for us to fulfill our legal obligations under law. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Onsite Sport at the address, telephone number, or email address stated in section 11 below.

Your personal data is used to:

  • Provide you with information and news about the team and their partners;

  • Create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve services and their content; and

  • Prevent loss and prevent fraud, e.g., by verifying your and others' identity by sending messages to you.

In addition, your personal data is used in internal analyses to improve the team's offerings, information, services, and our communication with our users.

3. Disclosure of your personal data

Your personal data is always treated confidentially and protected with appropriate security measures. When we employ IT service providers located outside the EU/EEA, we ensure that your data is adequately protected, for example, by entering into a data transfer agreement (which includes the EU Commission's model clauses for the protection of personal data) with the provider outside the EU/EEA that has access to our IT systems.

We may also share personal data with others if required by law or if necessary to prevent, detect, and prosecute illegal or suspected illegal activities or to prevent other damage or in response to legal action or to enforce our rights and claims.

4. Third-party services
Services on the team's app may include links to third-party websites that you may be redirected to. We are not responsible for such parties' handling of your personal data. We recommend that you carefully study these parties' terms for handling your personal data.

5. Limitation of advertising and information

At any time, you can opt-out of information and marketing messages via so-called "push notifications" from the team's app by turning off this function in your mobile phone's settings.

If you choose to take advantage of this opportunity to opt out of information and marketing messages, your opportunities to stay informed about the services, offers, or events provided by these actors will be limited.

6. Which technical solutions do we use in interaction with you

  • The device: Your digital device contains unique information that can be read by actors who want to interact with this device in one way or another. You can limit the exchange of certain information by actively turning off functions, but you then risk services that you want to use not working/being limited in their function. As long as a digital device is switched on, it has a unique ID that can be detected, and if the device has a SIM card, it will also be able to be traced. SIM actually means: Subscriber Identity Module. This means that the digital device can always be "seen" and tracked as a transmitter/receiver of radio signals. The systems at our arenas will also be able to track your device without you making an active choice.

  • Your identity: When you register as a User in the team's app, we have the opportunity to customize the interaction with you based on what you have specified, for example, age, gender, etc. In your user profile, you can easily get an overview of the information you have given us access to. It is only after you have registered with active consent that you become a user.

7. Security
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. Your personal data is password-protected and personal information that you provide to us is protected against unauthorized access by various technical measures.

8. Storage of personal data
We store your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as long as required by law.

9. Information about your rights to collected personal data; updating, correction, and deletion of personal data
According to the Data Protection Legislation, you have the right to request access to the personal data processed at any time, to have incorrect personal data corrected, to request that we stop processing and delete personal data that we process based on your consent, to request that the processing of personal data be limited, to exercise the right to data portability, and to object to the processing of the Personal Data. In such a case, we ask you to contact Onsite Sport at the email address support@onsite.sport.
